Toto Wolff (Mercedes) will teach at Harvard

Toto Wolff, the boss of the Mercedes F1 team, will give a conference on management at the Harvard Business School. He will deliver his thoughts on top-level sport, its requirements, its culture and the organization needed to get the best out of everyone and on his own methods. And this in the face of MBA students from the American University.

He will be ***ociated with Professor Anita Elberse whose students were able, in 2021, to benefit from privileged access to the Mercedes team as part of their training.

Toto Wolff will take advantage of the off-season in January 2024 to give his conference under the title “Mercedes F1: Managing a high-level team”. ” VSIt is a privilege to continue my collaboration with such brilliant minds at Harvard.
