The XV of France U20 made short work of England this Friday, in Bath, during the 4th day of the Six Nations U20 Tournament.
Tricolor demonstration. Winners of their first three matches in the Six Nations Under-20 Tournament, the English took the tide against Blueberries this Friday in Bath (7-42). The biggest victory in their history. And a first in England for 15 years. The center of the Pau Section Émilien Gailleton and his young partners thus put an end to the Grand Slam dreams of young Englishmen, undefeated until then. Giving the field free for Ireland for the final victory, after destroying Scotland (7-82).
Les Bleuets are second in the standings after this brilliant success on the other side of the Channel. 16 points for the XV of France U20 against 19 for Ireland. England is third (15 pts) ahead of Italy (10), which also dominated the Welsh red lantern (29-25) during this fourth day.
On the menu for the fifth and final day, March 19? Scotland-Italy (3 p.m.), Ireland-England (6 p.m.) and France-Wales (9 p.m., in Oyonnax).
